DESCRIPTION:Using the metaphor of anchoring in the storm\, we invite you into the safe harbor of community to heal\, repair\, and rebuild connections to others as well as to your Self. Many of us have been in survival mode and may be feeling that we lost touch with ourselves as we have worked to protect and offer shelter to our families\, our clients\, and our communities. During our time together\, we will guide you using creative arts\, movement\, journaling\, group activities and group discussion to reflect\, rediscover and rebuild the parts of you that got lost and/or damaged in the storm. You will leave with a greater awareness of what you have been through\, where you are now\, and what you need moving forward. You will also leave knowing that you are not a boat alone in the sea\, but a part of a mighty fleet that has your back. We specifically chose the harbor as our setting to anchor in this symbolism right when you step in the doors.
