The Advanced Self Mastery Program is a 4-day immersive, in-person retreat-like experience created exclusively for Certified Synergetic Play Therapists/Providers—those ready to deepen their relationship with themselves, their nervous system, their stories, and ultimately their capacity to show up more authentically in every role they hold.

What You’ll Experience

Over four transformational days, you will be guided through a deeply experiential retreat blending neuroscience, nervous system work, self-inquiry, reflective awareness, and personal integration.

Together you will explore:

How the nervous system, brain, and amygdala develop from in utero through post-birth—and why understanding this changes how you understand yourself

Your own nervous system patterns, activation cycles, and protective strategies

The science of perception—why the brain sees what it sees and tells the stories it tells

The Four Perceived Challenges in SPT and how they show up in your own life

Plus ....

Relationship dynamics, attachment patterns, and human behavior through a deeper lens

Your interoceptive system and how to further develop this essential internal compass

How emotional charges, old narratives, and unresolved experiences shape the way you move through the world

The Day 3 Experience: Deep Personal Integration

One of the most powerful parts of this program is an intensive 9-hour guided experience using the Demartini Method.

During this immersive process, you will be supported in exploring parts of your own narrative, integrating emotional charges, and uncovering hidden stories that may still be influencing how you think, feel, and show up.

Many participants say this experience alone creates insights and shifts that stay with them long after the program ends.
