One of the hardest and often misunderstood aspects of being a play therapy supervisor is effectively working with resistance. This workshop takes a deeper look at what resistance actually is, its biology, and how to creatively work with it.

Course Objectives
- Discuss what resistance in play therapy supervision actually is
- Examine the biology of resistance in order to more skillfully identify it and work with it as it arises in a play therapy supervision session
- Describe at least 2 new ideas to help play therapy supervisees when they are feeling resistant in supervision
